Shipping Time

Please allow between 2-9 weeks for your order to arrive depending on your location. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address when your order is shipped (not immediately after placing an order).

If for some reason you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at (your store's email) and we will get you settled. 

1. Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
2. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as customs, severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, etc.
3. Standard shipping delivery time to U.K., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and most Asian & European countries will be 2 to 8 weeks. For everywhere else standard shipping delivery time will be 4 to 9 weeks.
